Vintage Weimar Cobalt Blue Porcelain Tazza

A vintage Echt Weimar Kobalt Jutta pattern cobalt blue porcelain tazza. The cake stand has an embossed design, thick bands of gilding offsetting a pattern in white and cobalt blue, a center medallion, and side vignettes with finely detailed gold filigree designs atop a similarly adorned conical pedestal base. The maker’s mark to the base features the 1948 mark that was used only for a short period of time. Below the mark is “Echt Weimar’ and obscured ’Kobalt” in gold.
