A signed limited edition offset lithograph after the original watercolor painting by well listed and renowned American wildlife artist and naturalist, John A. Ruthven (Cincinnati/Kentucky; born 1924), titled Barred Owls. The image depicts a mother owl and her two owlets perched on the branches of an evergreen tree. Artist signature is printed in plate and hand-signed in pencil to the lower left. This print is numbered 1480/1500 in pencil to the lower right, mounted under green and gray double mat, under glass in a matte silver tone brushed metal frame, equipped to hang.
