A set of Franklin Library leather bound classics with volumes from 1976, 1977 and 1978. The works include Euripides: Nine Plays (1976); Dante Alighieri’s The Divine Comedy (1977); Cervantes’ Don Quixote de La Mancha (1976); and John Donne: Poems (1978). The Dante is marked ‘Translated by John Ciardi’; the Cervantes is marked ‘With the illustrations of Gustave Doré’. The previous copyrights were from Oxford University Press; the publisher of these ‘Limited Edition’ copies is the Franklin Mint Corporation.
