1931 Dominic & Haff "Pointed Antique" Sterling Silver Water Pitcher
Item Details
A 1931 sterling silver water pitcher by Dominick & Haff. This is in the Pointed Antique pattern and features a high spout, a tapering ovoid body over a flaring base with an applied classical handle. It is marked underneath with the three shape maker’s mark, ‘sterling’, ‘1119/87’, ’ 4 1/2 pts’, and a figural date mark of an axe. The front of the pitcher features an etched personalized engraving. The approximate weight is 34.990 ozt.
Condition
- some minor surface wear with faint markings and minimal tarnish; a personalized engraving down the body on the front.
