An offset lithograph print on paper exhibition poster for the opening of the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, created in 1974 and published by the Smithsonian Instituion. The museum is part of the Smithsonian Institution and opened for the first time on October 4, 1974. The print features an image of a work titled Beginning executed in 1958 by renowned American color field painter Kenneth Noland (1924-2010). The work is presented mounted to foam and unframed.

- edges and corners show some minor scratches and marks; small tear to the upper right edge; some wear to the lower corners.
