A 1980s Victor Costa cotton sample sundress. The one shoulder mid length aqua color dress has design features in black, red, taupe and ivory. It features a flap to the bodice, fitted waist and design pattern around the middle of the full skirt. The dress zips to the back and includes an attached maker’s label to the interior.
