An original untitled hand-pulled lithograph on Japon fine printmaking paper by extremely prolific Spanish Surrealist Salvador Dalí (1904 – 1989), from the artist’s series Les Songes Drolatiques de Pantagruel. The print depicts a curious monster-like figure illustrated in expressive black linework and standing on a grassy bump. The print is signed and numbered 18/50 in pencil to the lower corners. It is matted in white and is currently wrapped in acetate for safekeeping. Included in the Catalogue Raisonné, “The Official Catalog of the Graphic Works of Salvador Dali” by Albert Field, catalogue field 73-7 on page 173.
