Oneida Plated Silver Coffee and Tea Service
Item Details
A Oneida silver plated tea and coffee set on a tray. The group consists of a coffee pot, a teapot, a cream jug, an open sugar and a tray. The pieces were made after shapes used in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries with flame finials, domed lids, kicked ear-shaped handles and acanthus leaf molded spouts. There are impressed marks reading ‘Oneida U.S.A’.
Condition
- crack in one piece; some minor surface wear with faint markings and tarnishing.
