White villas with red roofs line the edge of the beach, stacked on top of one another. The deep blue sea lines the coast and boats are docked along the water. Signed to the lower right in paint. The work remains unframed.

- good to fair; there is a noticeable hole in the canvas under the left branch of the tree.
