A collection of etchings and a lithograph on paper of Italian scenes. Featured is a lithograph titled Vue du Ponta la Carraial depicted are two figures seated along the banks of a river overlooking a city. Also included are four color etchings depicting various Italian landmarks including works titled Mole Adriana Detta Castel S. Angelo in Roma and Veduta esterna del colosseo romano. Two of the etchings come from the Monumenti Antichi series while the remaining two are from the Vedute Littoriche series. The works are presented unframed.
Condition
- foxing is present to the paper; the lower edge of some of the etchings have been cutaway.
