David A. Maass Commemorative Plate of Ruffed Grouse

A commemorative plate using a painting of a ruffed grouse, by David A. Maass. This plate, which comes from Misty Morning Revisited, is adorned with the aforementioned bird flying through a pale blue wooded area featuring barren trees. The plate is mounted to a black surface and is presented in an octagonal natural wooden frame with a sawtooth bracket affixed to the verso. Stamped to the underside is manufacturing information from Wild Wings and a plate number (1701).

Condition

- staining to underside of plate; glass could benefit from dusting.
