Item Details
An oil painting on board of a fire. Portrayed with loose gestural brushstrokes, smeared layered pigments, and textural surfaces, this work features large feathery orange flames emerging from black geometric receptacles, surrounded by an ambiguous black and orange background. The composition is illegibly signed in paint to the lower right. It is presented in a brown wood frame with a ridged black liner.

- minor scratches and small chips throughout frame; tears and holes in paper backing; some paint loss and flaking along edge of painting.
