A Federal style slant top secretary by Ashley. The desk is made of cherry, featuring a large oval panel on the front with contrasting wood inlay. The slanted front opens to reveal the work surface, and a number of divided compartments and small drawers fitted with brass tone metal pulls with label holders. Below is a single drawer, which is lined with green fabric. The drawer is also fitted with a divided tray at the front, for pens and other supplies. The desk rests on curved, square legs, and is labeled ‘The Ashley Companies – P#4369HH – Made in China’, and ‘H217-19 Secretary Brown Cherry’.
