Item Details
A semi antique Persian Shiraz hand knotted wool area rug. The wool rug is woven in a palette of rusty red, merlot, brown, apricots, slate blue, rose and cream. It features a repeating framed diamond pole medallion flanked by black on a merlot field. This rug has brown and merlot diagonal guard border, as well as a rust and brown guard border with the primary border is rendered in cream with a repeating images. The rug has red overcast edges and it has a fine, undyed wool warp fringe. Unmarked.
