An original 1974 hand-pulled color lithograph titled Sunburst designed and signed in plate by well-listed and historically notable American kinetic sculptor Alexander Calder (1898-1976). This image comes from the Flying Colors Collection, a suite of six whimsical prints Calder created in his conception of the mural design for one of the Braniff International Airways DC8-62 jets. A graphic, bold red sun spreads stylized, swirling rays across the page. A blind stamp is embossed to the lower right. This print is presented loose without mat or frame.
