A signed, limited edition John A. Ruthven offset lithograph after a work titled Matched Pair: Ring-Necked Pheasant. This print, after an original painting by Ruthven, depicts a female ring-necked pheasant in flight over a snowy field. It is marked Plate V in the upper left margin, numbered 83/99 to the lower right margin, titled to the center, and signed in plate and pencil to the lower right of the image. A brass plaque to the lower rail reads “Ring-Necked Pheasant ‘Matched Pair’ John A. Ruthven.” It is professionally presented behind glass under a linen mat with gold tone fillet. The wooden frame features a walnut and gold tone finish. A hanging wire is attached to the verso.
