An original mixed media acrylic painting with oil stick on paper by listed artist Sarah Schwartz (died 2005). This abstract work depicts three primitive, symbolic figures rendered in deliberate, concise angular black lines, carved into a highly textured ground, imbued with color and light. Artist signature is signed to upper left. This work is mounted behind tan mat, under glass in a gold tone brushed metal frame, equipped to hang.
Condition
- accretion on and under glass. Frame is lightly scratched throughout.
