A hand-knotted Turkish Kilim carpet runner. The flatweave rug features six diamond shaped medallions chained together with a hooked crenelation in a palette of deep red, lavender, bright orange, sage green and yellow. The field is enclosed by a running dog style border in yellow and red with a short fringe to either end. The rug is not marked.
