An oil painting and limited edition giclee print by listed American artist John Egenstafer (born 1943). Included is an impressionist painting on panel of a rolling hillside populated with a cluster of trees standing above a field of flowers, which are rendered with pointillist brush strokes in a pastel color palette. To the lower right corner of the composition is an artist statement. Also included is Art’s Wonderful Reflection, which depicts a still life of flowers, a lone candlestick and books resting on a stained wooden table. To the lower right corner of the composition is an in plate signature, which is complemented to the margins with a handwritten signature, title and print edition (10/450). Both works are presented in a wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso. The print is held beneath glass under dual-layered matting, while the painting features a printed artist resume to the verso.
