Antique Oak Chest of Drawers With Mirror

Item Details

An antique oak chest of drawers with a mirror. The piece comprises a beveled overhanging rectangular top, two half length drawers over two full length drawers, and tapered feet on casters. Notable features include Knapp joints on the drawers, used most commonly between 1867 to 1900, and ornate brass bail pulls and key hole plates. A large tilting mirror held in a decoratively carved acanthus motif frame is attached to the back. Companion piece is item 17BAL049-011. This item is located on the second floor.
