An original abstract acrylic on canvas by contemporary American artist Robbie Kemper (Cincinnati, Ohio; born 1957), titled Blue and White Bands, circa 2010. The image depicts an energetic, non-objective composition of blue paint scrubbed into the canvas, overlapped by intuitive white lines. Artist signature is signed to the lower left. This piece is not framed. Kemper studied art at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, and is currently a studio resident at the Pendleton Art Center in the historic district of Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, Ohio.
