An original abstract acrylic on canvas by contemporary American artist Robbie Kemper (Cincinnati, Ohio, born 1957), titled Red, Orange, Blue, circa 2010. The image depicts an energetic, non-objective composition of fiery red paint layered on top of cobalt blue and neutral gray pigments, with the slightest hint of pale orange. Artist signature is signed to the lower left. This piece is not framed. Kemper studied art at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, and is currently a studio resident at the Pendleton Art Center in the historic district of Over-the-Rhine, Cincinnati, Ohio.
