Townsend & Co. Brass Double Inkwell

A Townsend & Co. brass double inkwell. This piece features an openwork cast brass base with art nouveau styling of sunflowers, leaves and spiderweb corner spandrels. This base has two square areas to each receive a small square cut glass inkwell with a brass lid. The base is marked to the bottom ‘Townsend & Co.’.
