An original signed limited edition hand-pulled color lithograph by well-listed French artist and lithographer André Minaux (1923 – 1986). Typical of the artist’s oeuvre, the image depicts a female’s portrait situated within an aesthetically planned interior, comprised of flat, geometric planes of color intermingled with soft, organic explosions of a simplified still life near the woman’s head. The print is numbered 126/160 and signed by the artist in pencil to the lower margin; mounted behind an aged violet mat, under glass in a wood frame with a silver tone finish, equipped to hang.
Condition
- discoloration to print and mat. Finish of frame is worn along edges and corners with chips and abrasions.
