Vintage Provincial Louis XV Style Bergère With Ottoman

Item Details

A vintage provincial Louis XV style bergère with ottoman. The wooden, walnut-stained frame is upholstered in brown fabric. It features a scrolled crest above a padded back and a cushioned seat. The shaped wings continue to padded armrests with scrolled handholds over a serpentine, floral-carved seat rail. The chair rises on short, cabriole legs with floral-carved knees and scrolled feet. Accompanying the bergère is a matching ottoman. Both items are unmarked.
