C. Freeman Oil on Canvas River Landscape Scenes
Item Details
A set of two oil paintings on canvas by C. Freeman. Each depicts a peaceful river landscape scene with large trees and distant mountains. Each work is signed ‘C. Freeman’ in red paint to the lower margin; however, no clear artist attribution could be made. The paintings are presented without glass in decorative wooden frames with gold tone gesso embellishments. Each frame includes hanging wire to the verso.
Condition
- painting with signature at bottom left is coming loose from frame; frames do not have protective paper backings; surface scratches and wear to finish of frames.

16.75" W x 18.75" H x 2.75" D
- measures one frame; each visible image measures approximately 7.5" W x 9.5" H.
