An aquatint etching by Ukrainian artist Yaroslav M. Myskiv, titled Shore of Chersonesos (Берег Херсонеса). This print on paper depicts a rocky shore featuring seashells and an upturned, Grecian style bust buried in the assortment. It features an embossed border and a handwritten signature to the lower margins. The print is presented under glass in a white and gold tone frame with hanging wire. The verso is inscribed, ‘Mrs. Catherine Davis and Mr. James Manderso, with respects of the representative of the President of Ukraine in Sevastopol – Urmanov I.F. – 02.06.92’.

Condition

- paper slightly buckled; wear and stains to finish of frame.
