A Jay Strongwater clock. This decorative desk clock with a glossy deep red metal surface, gilt details, and red and clear rhinestone accents is made in the style of a furniture cabinet with a cornice at the top, and a skirt and bracket feet at the rectangular base. Gold tone metal laurel accents are at the sides. The white face has black hour, minute, and second hands and black Roman numerals for the hours. It opens at the top with a half moon knob covered with red rhinestones. It is marked underneath ‘Jay Strongwater’.
