A signed 2010 artist’s proof serigraph on cream paper by well-listed and world-renowned street artist and activist Shepard Fairey (South Carolina/California; born 1970), titled Parlor Pattern. The image depicts a graphic, stylized backdrop of a bold red foliate pattern, having central lozenges of peace signs with the Obey logo in the shape of a star. The print is marked as artist’s proof, signed and dated in pencil by the artist to the lower margin. This work is mounted behind museum glass in a matte black composite frame, equipped to hang.
Fairey is represented by Irvine Contemporary gallery in Washington, D.C. The artist currently lives and works in Los Angeles.
