Item Details
An original 1988 color woodcut print on paper created and signed in pencil to the lower right by artist D. Frederick, titled Ocean Breeze Beauty Shop II. The image depicts a woman happily seated in a green chair, her hair in curlers and under a domed heat shade, reading a magazine titled Portland. Title, signature and date are marked in pencil to the lower margin. This work is mounted under a pale beige mat, behind museum glass in a blonde wood frame, equipped to hang.
Condition
- vague wear throughout print. Ink along rendered “Portland” magazine touches glass.
