An antique Empire style flip-top game table. This mahogany table features a sandwiched, rectangular surface and a pedestal base with a cylindrical top, a block middle, and an X-shaped bottom with decoratively carved claw feet on casters. Elegant floral carvings adorn the top and bottom edges of the block, as well as the tops of the feet. The table top expands by twisting clockwise and folding open the uppermost layer towards the right.
