A Fisher ‘House of Representatives’ space pen and Sheaffer fountain pen. This chrome tone pen features the seal for the United States House of Representatives. This pen was given as a one-time gift by Fisher to members of the House of Representatives. It is presented in the original box with instructions. Also featured is a gold tone Sheaffer fountain pen with a gold electroplate ribbed finish.
