A collection of Goebel porcelain figurines of children, based on the illustrations of M. I. Hummel. This collection includes Ride into Christmas, Lost Sheep, Volunteers, _Boy with Toothache, _ Accordion Boy, Going to Grandma’s, Christmas Angel, Busy Student, and _ A Letter to Santa_ . These figures have Goebel marks dating from the 1970s to the 2000s; in addition, Lost Sheep is marked ‘Final Issue / Letzte Ausgabe / 1992’, Accordion Boy is marked ‘Final Issue / Letzte Ausgabe / 1994’ and Volunteers has a commemorative backstamp reading ‘Desert Shield / August 2, 1990 / February 28, 1991 / Desert Storm’.
