A pair of original signed pastel sketches by listed artist Norma Van Virgin Swearingen (American, 1888-1953). One sketch depicts a portrait of a sweet-faced young girl wearing a lacy dress, and the other a young boy with curly hair, wearing a sailor suit. The pair are signed ‘Norma Van Virgin Swearingen ’25’ along the bottoms and are presented with white mats and glass in matching dark wood frames. Ready to hang. Information about the artist is affixed to the frame backing of one.
