An original 1970 pen & ink wash drawing of a woman’s portrait by contemporary Cincinnati-based artist Judith Lamb. The image depicts an academic planar analysis of the features of the woman’s face. Artist signature is signed and dated to the lower left. This work is mounted behind glass in a beveled wood frame with a distressed gold leaf finish.
Judith Lamb attended the Cincinnati Art Academy, received her BA and BFA degrees from Northern Kentucky University and her Master’s in Art Education from the College of Mt. Saint Joseph. She has taught art for 31 years and has taken photographs during her travels all over the world, using the photographs as references for her paintings. She has created and exhibited art for many years across the Cincinnati area and beyond.
