Silver Plate Servingware Featuring Wallace "Baroque"
Item Details
A selection of three silver plate serving pieces. This group features a gravy boat and a creamer with a stopper in the Baroque pattern by Wallace. These footed pieces are decorated with scrolled acanthus leaves, beading, and flowers; they are marked ‘Baroque Wallace Silver Plate’. Also included is an International Silver Co Chippendale compote with scalloped edges and a pedestal base; this piece is marked ‘International Silverplate’ and ‘Chippendale International Silver Company 6397’.
Condition
- light surface scratches throughout; minor tarnishing to Wallace pieces; considerable tarnishing and discoloration to compote.
