Charm Bracelets Marino Articulated and Monet Vintage High School
Item Details
A pair of vintage charm bracelets dating from the fourth quarter of the 20th century. A gold tone Monet bracelet composed of oversized oval links holds four charms. The center charm is a football embossed with the words ‘1962 Champions’ with a prominent black enamel letter A to front. One charm commemorates Medford High School, another La Grange High School, this one with an inscription ‘Chris Wagner 1965’ to reverse. The last charm is designed as a red and white shield with ‘M’ to center, reading ‘Senior 73.’ The silver tone Marino bracelet has several charms (many articulated) that have a home improvement or gardening theme, including ladder, wheel barrow, well, roller and watering can. There is also a bell, ballerina, carousel, roller skate, and book locket. The Monet bracelet has a manufacturer’s hang tag and the the Marino bracelet is marked to clasp.
