A set of Department 56 ‘The Heritage Village Collection’ buildings from the Christmas in the City series. All are hand painted porcelain and marked to the undersides. This includes 5609 Park Avenue Townhouse from 1989. 5607 Park Avenue Townhouse from 1989, The Tower Cafe from 1987, Sutton Place Bowhouse/Brownstones from 1987, Rest Ye Merry Gentleman figurine, City People figurines, Town Tree Trimmers figurines, and Transportation vehicle figurines.
Condition
Good to fair. Consistent with age and use. Lights tested and powered on. The Tower Cafe is missing some black gate window accents. Sutton Place Bowhouse/Brownstones have a large crack, but has been repaired, and has surface residue and slight odor. Town Tree Trimmers is missing the strand of light, but ladder is included though not photographed.
