An original 1999 ink drawing on paper by contemporary Ohio artist Sylvia Thompson Outland (born 1949), titled Town Hall, Lebanon, Ohio. The image depicts a Realist black ink drawing of the historic building, featuring detailed stippling and cross-hatching. The painting is signed, titled, and dated by Outland to the lower right. It is matted in white with black trim and is presented behind glass in a thin black metal frame with a hanging wire. The verso is marked again by the artist with name and title. Outland is best known for her depictions of historic buildings and landmarks in Warren County, Ohio, where she currently lives and works.
