It has a personalized engraving on the front with a 1928 date, and is stamped underneath ‘sterling’ with an unidentified maker’s mark of ‘A.C’. This is paired with a napkin ring with a monogrammed cartouche with a rose wreath border. It is marked with unidentified marks of a crown, ‘800’ in a shield, ‘W’ in a shield, and a figural mark in a shield cartouche. The approximate weight of the sterling cup is 0.995 ozt and the approximate weight of the 800 silver napkin ring is 1.165 ozt.
