A collection of Great British coinage. The collection includes a silver-tone 1977 commemorative 25 new pence, inscribed ‘H.M. Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Crown 1952 1977’. The coin is encased in plastic. Included in the collection is a blue plastic booklet, marked ’Britain’s First Decimal Coins’, and is stamped ‘National Province High Street 11 JUN 1968 – Tunbridge Wells’. The booklet contains five coins, including a 1/2 p coin Royal Crown, a 1p coin Portcullis, a 2p depicting the badge of the Prince of Wales, a 5p coin depicting the badge of Scotland, and a 10p coin featuring a ‘lion passant guardant royally crowned.’
