John Ruthven Signed Limited Edition Offset Lithograph "Bobcat"

A 1980 signed limited edition offset lithograph on paper after an original painting by well-listed Ohio wildlife artist and conservationist John A. Ruthven (born 1924), titled Bobcat. The print depicts one of the stunning spotted cats lounging on a boulder surrounded by leafy plants on the forest floor. The print is signed in-plate to the lower left. When removed from the frame and matting, the print bears a graphite signature and numbering of ‘42/500.’ Its publishing information is also printed in-plate to the lower right. The print is matted in white and presented in a wooden frame without glass. A hanging wire is attached to the verso.
Condition
- frame is missing glass, and matting covers vital information.
