A hand-colored photograph on paper of a landscape by listed American photographer Wallace Nutting (1861-1941). This work depicts a calm woodland lake banked by birch trees and a sloping hill. The artwork has been tinted by hand in soft blues and browns. There is a signature to the lower left corner, just under the lip of the frame. This piece is presented under glass in a black and gold tone wood frame and has a wire to the verso for hanging.

Condition

- artwork has some discoloration and foxing; artwork has a small tear toward the lower left corner; frame has cracks and scratches; piece would benefit from being cleaned.
