A limited edition aquatint etching on paper by listed Mexican artist Leticia Tarrago (born 1940). The image, titled En el Patio, depicts a young girl to the foreground. In the background, a gargoyle-type figure sits in a courtyard, illuminated by a spotlight. The print is signed in graphite to the lower right; it is additionally titled and numbered as ‘A. Proof’ in graphite to the lower left. It is double matted in brown and tan and presented under glass in a carved wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso. Condition
- surface wear to frame finish; frame would benefit from cleaning; tape, adhesive residue and label adhered to frame backing.
