Original Watercolor Painting of a Lake Scene
Item Details
An original contemporary watercolor painting on paper. The painting depicts two tall sailboats pulled up side-by-side in a wide blue lake. Tall mountains rise beyond the fjord’s banks, painted in soft, watery tones of purple and blue. The painting is signed illegibly to the lower right in pencil; it seems to have faded significantly. The painting is matted in off-white with a gray French line and is presented behind glass in an angled natural stained wooden frame with a hanging wire.
Condition
- matting is quite discolored.
