A set of twelve Victorian Choisy-le-Roi faience French side plates. Stamped H.B. & C, Choisy France to the underside; ‘HB’ stands for Hippolyte Boulenger a director at the pottery. The plates are transfer-ware decorated with Historic battle scenes and French text to edge.

- one plate has a chip and fine crack.
