A signed limited first edition of Robert Penn Warren’s New and Selected Poems 1923–1985. This edition, a maroon leatherbound hardcover with raised bands, gilt cover decoration, gilt page edges and marbled endpapers, was published in 1985 by the Franklin Library of Franklin Center, Pennsylvania. The book is signed in blue ink before the title page; a page reads, ‘This limited first edition of NEW AND SELECTED POEMS has been privately printed, and personally signed by Robert Penn Warren exclusively for members of The Signed First Edition Society’.
