Vintage Cast Iron Wall Mount Bell

A vintage cast iron wall mount bell. The piece has an arm with playing cats on the top and a scroll design underneath. The bell is attached to the end of the scroll. The mounting piece the arm protrudes from has pre-drilled holes for hanging. Unmarked.
