A vintage sterling silver bar brooch with a central dangling heart charm. The entire piece is embellished with heart and square shaped red glass stones and marcasite with milgrain engraved edges. The verso features a safety pin closure with a catch and a ‘925’ marking. It has a total approximate weight of 0.40 ozt.
