A set of three mid-century offset lithographs on paper after illustrations by listed British artist Marjorie Christine Bates (1883-1962). The images depict 19th-century English cityscapes. Featured are Upper Bridge Street, Chester; Broadway Village; and London House, Stratford on Avon. Each is signed in plate and titled in graphite to the lower margin. The prints are matted in white and presented under glass in wooden frames fitted with hanging wire to the verso. One frame includes artist information affixed to the verso.

Condition

- to Fair; toning, foxing and discoloration to prints with age; wear and scratching to finish of frames; frames would benefit from cleaning; loose joints and torn backing paper to frames; frame backings include gallery labels; one includes a sheet with artist information.
